i have to agree with this to some extent. it would be nice if people started using a term like commercial tantra instead to differentiate subjects like this from the real tantras…. i do observe some value in what she’s doing, as YOGA… but not necessarily as tantra.. but i suppose most people would be more interested in doing something like this than finding their real inner connection with all things through self-realization, meditation, and understanding…

What a simple and powerful exercise? After watching the video and trying it in the way you have explained it, it felt totally different from what I was doing earlier.
