You don’t really have to, it’s purely optional. Some prefer to just to feel more relaxed and at peace.

“Have this mind among yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men. And being found in human form, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross… At the name of Jesus every knee should bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord…” PHILIPPIANS 2:4-11.

excellent video. Just a reminder to those studying Yoga. These streches are excellent to relax and stretch your muscle. In addition to these you must do strenghtening excercises for all muscles within the body. Human’s are intended to have a good balance of flexibility and power simultaniously. excellent video. don’t forget to build power people. Stay healthy, love and know your body.

It is roughly estimated at around 150/180Cals for this workout, although this seems low it has many other benefits such as opening up most of the major muscle groups and meridians in the body, you should also notice an increase in the flow of energy.

    Hi Seattle94,

There is nothing to memorize. Just follow along do as Diane suggest. Move at your own pace (you can stop at any time, or hold a pose longer).
