tibetan yoga

koobphong asked:

Never seen before yoga from tibet. Seems to be a method to expel trapped gases in stomach and to speed up excretion of waste in the intestines.

TIBETAN YOGA is very different from the indian counterpart for many reasons: Its way too cold to stretch and use salt water to cleanse your body so they “pressure wash” the channels and energy meridians by compressing their breath and doing different energetic movements as opposed to the hot and humid India.

It looks like its a very purifying kind of yoga, never seen it before. His Kriya seems to work on circulation and magnetic field, whats the name of this type of yoga, I only get to hear something like tru-koa.

Well it looks funny and useless to the ingorant, but if you’ve travelled to the East and witness some secret power of the invisible forces, probably some posts here would have been more respectful for what this monk is doing

It is surprising to note that Lord Buddha rejected Vedas. You should know that Buddha is considered as an avatara of Lord Vishnu the fountain head of gods of the Hindu Pantheon.

the only difference is that you will do it with ignorance and the practioner is in full awareness and has full mastery over the elemente,so even if he does have college loans, they will be repayed without any obstacles.that is the secrcey!!!!
